On Purpose started as a research project — I’ve been collecting stories from all different kinds of workers to try and get a sense for what it means to have a healthy relationship with your work and why it always seems so out of reach.

What to expect on our call

We’ll get together over zoom and talk about your professional life — what you started out trying to accomplish and where you are now, and all the little things that happened along the way.

Everything is completely confidential, so you’re welcome to come and be as petty as you need to be! Most folks find the conversation enlightening — you’ll have a chance to reflect on your decision making process and your values and maybe even get some clarity on what you want to see more of in your life.
